Shipping & Delivery

Each order is made on demand, meaning we produce and frame your artwork just for you. Because of this, our shipping times are longer than mass-produced items, but the wait ensures you receive a freshly crafted piece. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery, depending on your location.

Shipping is completely free – no customs fees or extra charges.
We use trusted carriers like FedEx, Chronopost, and more for secure delivery.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Europe: 5-20 business days after production

Return policy

We want you to love your artwork, but if there’s an issue, here’s how we handle returns:

Change of Mind: If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives with a defect or damage, you have 30 days to request a return for a full refund. Please provide clear photos as proof.
Wrong Size or Item: If you received the wrong size or product, we offer an exchange for the correct one. You will have to provide proof as well. Returns for other reasons are not accepted.
Lost in Transit: If your order is lost in shipping, you must report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and issue a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address: If the order didn’t arrive due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
